Terms of Service

By creating an account or using License Feed in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of licensefeed.com, operated by Critical Mass Events LLC dba License Feed (“License Feed,” “we,” or “us”).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at jason@licensefeed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per individual subscriber. Team or agency access requires a separate written agreement.

Monthly subscription

License Feed is billed at $497 per month, automatically renewed on the same day each month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. We do not issue refunds. See our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access to the License Feed data with any third party without our prior written permission.
• Use the data to build a competing product or service.
• Automate bulk exports or access via bots, scripts, or unauthorized API calls beyond what the platform provides.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

All data, tools, interfaces, and content provided by License Feed are owned by Critical Mass Events LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data for your own internal business purposes.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The data and tools are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. License Feed is not responsible for decisions made based on the data.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, License Feed's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to License Feed in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall License Feed be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the data ends immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
